1:15-1:45 Load up car with last minute stuff, Jasmine, Tim
1:45-2:45

Bring Jasmine to Pauline's, take Tim with me
2:45-3:30 Drive to hotel
3:30-4:30

Check into hotels

Unload stuff from car(s)
4:30-8:00

3.5 hours to:

  • Boys -- Set up VCR
  • Hang the black paper on the walls
  • Change the lightbulbs
  • Rearrange furniture
  • Put out pillows, cover beds with leopardprint?
  • Hang posters
  • Set up buffet
  • Set up bar
  • Mix cocktails
8:00-9:00

Last Hour:

  • Make sure hand stamp is readily available
  • Change clothes
  • Fill test tube shots
