Simple Entertaining Doesn't Exist

I love to entertain. It's the best part of the holidays and I spend the rest of the year trying to come up with excuses to entertain. I've thrown dozens of dinner parties, a couple of knock-down-drag out kegger parties, and lots of stuff in between.

Here's the bad news: It just doesn't get any easier.
Here's the good news: It does get less stressful over time.

I've read a lot of books, magazines, and web sites with ways to "simplify" entertaining and was very disgusted by them because I'm not Martha Stewart and I'm not Donald Trump. Sure, it's easier to have a party catered, but I have a condo with a capacity of 20, and a pocketbook to match.

So I thought I'd put together some tips and tricks that I've found to be helpful...
